About Us

In the beginning, the year was 1972, our founder, Mr. Amat at the age of 18 began his journey in fiberglass product manufacturing and fabrication at a local factory in Segambut which produces fiberglass helmets and tanks for 2 years. Then, he moved to a stainless- steel equipment company (EURACO and WAGON Engineering Sdn Bhd) in Shah Alam, followed up by a few more years at a company focusing on designing, manufacturing and fabrication of road transport equipment and material handling equipment. This journey has allowed him to garner experience that encompasses designing, engineering, manufacturing and production of both fiberglass and steel products that has become a crucial foundation towards his venture of opening a private business.

In 1985, En. Amat moved to a fiberglass manufacturing facility in Klang Lama called FRP Engineering. Unfortunately, the owners of the business decided to close down in 1989 for various reasons. However, Mr. Amat saw an opportunity for continuation of the business considering the existing customer base as well as his various experiences, thus, he along with his colleague decided to take over the company and physical facilities. They then registered the business under a new name, AFT Product in 1989. In 1995, Mr. Amat's colleague decided to part ways and left the company in its entirety on good terms. Although it was a challenge, Mr. Amat decided to soldier on within his own capacity. The following year, Mr. Amat decided on a fresh start and decided to move his business to Puchong Utama, a burgeoning industrial area. Initially he rented a temporary factory in Puchong for a few months before permanently acquiring two (2) light- industry factories (current). The company AFTZ Marketing ( Sdn. Bhd.) was later registered in 2001. As of 2024, business has been in operation within the same facility with the only change being made encompasses the products that is being manufactured and sold.

Over the years, we have produced and sold products such as fiberglass tables, chairs, water tank panels, water tank, kiosk, children's outdoor playground equipment and various other items. However, other manufacturing methods have took over the manufacturing of some of those items thus reducing the demand for those items to be hand produced using fiberglass and resin. Current manufacturing demands are primarily focused on commercial transport vehicle aero-foils and fiberglass flat sheets. We also manufacture the accompanying brackets and parts for the aero-foils. Thus, our primary customers are companies that assemble, sell, build and service commercial transport vehicle within the state of Central and Southern Malaysia state.
